How we handle data
Updated: 17 September 2026
This page covers one thing: the email address you leave to be told when the beta opens. The policy for the beta itself, with its sites and their visitors, is published before the beta opens.
Who we are
RP CYBER EXPERT SRL, Aleea Electricienilor Nr. 5C, Bacău, Romania, CUI RO45785116. Write to us at [email protected].
What we keep, and why
The email address, the date you confirmed it, and the language you asked in. We use them to send you one email, when the beta opens. No newsletter, and we don't pass the address on for marketing.
Why we ask for a code
Anyone can type someone else's address into a form. So that we never write to people who asked for nothing, we send a six-digit code, and the address joins the list only once you type it back into the page. The code expires in 15 minutes, allows five attempts, and we don't keep it — only a fingerprint it cannot be rebuilt from. If you don't confirm, the address goes nowhere and disappears by itself.
What we don't keep
Not your IP address, your browser, or the page you came from. So the form cannot be flooded, we keep a one-way fingerprint of the connection for one hour, which no IP address can be recovered from.
For how long
Until the beta opens and you get that email, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Then it's gone.
Where it is stored
Addresses are stored at Cloudflare on our behalf. The email carrying the code is sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Those two are our only processors for this list.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. An email to [email protected] is enough. You also have the right to complain to ANSPDCP if you are unhappy with how we answered.
Cookies
This page sets no tracking cookies and has no analytics. It only remembers, in your own browser, whether you dismissed the language banner.
